April 1st Update

==========

Hello Everyone,

I hope this finds you well. Our soccer Governing Bodies (USYS, US Soccer, FYSA, US Club) have extended the no play rule as expected.  So, as of right now, we will remain closed to ALL activity (practices, games, camps, gatherings, etc) through May 1. Manatee County has officially closed the soccer fields until May 1. I know everyone is anxious about getting back out on the fields as are we!  We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and the President until it is safe for everyone to get back together.

Recreational: We will keep everyone posted about the Spring season. At this point, it has NOT been cancelled, just delayed. There are plenty of things the kids can do at home to improve their game. Please keep them as active as you can.

Competitive: Your coaches should have sent out instructions with skill building ideas and goals to reach for. Please keep working at improving your game and staying fit.  There is still a possibility that our spring season will resume once the all clear is given and we will have to be ready to get up to playing speed ASAP.

Be sure to pass this information on to your team to ensure everyone has the most up-to-date information.

Please stay safe and do whatever you can to help slow the spread of the virus! Stay home as much as you can and we will get through this together!

God bless everyone!
